Facebook added Call to Action, or CTA, buttons to their system back in 2014. These buttons give business owners the power to make known their primary objective on their Facebook pages. Using these buttons will help your audience to make the right choice based on the ones that you chose to place on your Page. There are presently seven CTA buttons that you as a page admin can select from, depending on the core value of your business, namely Sign Up, Book Now, Watch Video, Use App, Contact Us, Play Game, and Shop Now. Once you select the button or buttons that you want, they will appear at the top of your page.
These specific calls to action will surely enhance the functionality of your page, increasing sales and driving traffic to your brand’s website.
Trending Topics Make Great Content
No one likes old or stale news. They want news that’s hot, live, and happening now. Facebook is moving apace with implementing real-time posting of trending topics that will engage its users even more. When you are deciding on what kind or type of post to create next, why not search the Internet or even Facebook itself to see what people are talking about now, or what is happening now somewhere in the world.
At one point in time, the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, as tragic as that was, made the headlines for weeks. It was a trending topic. Fast forward to today and you will not see that as such. So you need to keep up with the times when posting content to your Facebook Page. Make sure the content is not spammy or forcing anyone to do anything they do not want to do. Make it lively and engaging so that it will add to the user experience of your readers.
